Overview

We’re recruiting a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative to join our Livingston team, supporting our client Virgin Media. You’ll enjoy a stable Monday–Friday schedule, 07:00–16:00.

Heads up: This role includes participation in a rotating 24/7 call-out rota — so flexibility is a must!

What you’ll do on a typical day

  • Working as part of a small team maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our field store
  • Picking, packing, and serving Virgin Media technicians
  • Ensuring all customers are served politely, timely and with correct stock levels
  • Warehouse duties including operating a warehouse management system
  • Carrying van driving duties where appropriate (if correct driving licence held)

What You Need To Succeed At GXO

  • You are ideally computer literate and know how to work around systems (or a quick learner)
  • You may be someone with a Warehouse background who has dealt with systems rather than being paper based
  • You must enjoy lone working – area managers will be visiting you once or twice a week for a coffee and a catch up for some social time
  • Category B driving license preferable
