Join to apply for the Warehouse Operative role at GXO Logistics, Inc.
This will be a 3 month Fixed Term Contract from mid October 2025 to end December 2025, with flexible shifts available between 6:00am – 10:00pm to cover peak period. Location: Harlow (CM19 5TX).
What you will do on a typical day
- Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
- Participate in a wide variety of warehouse functions including picking and packing
- Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis
What you need to succeed at GXO
- A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
- A safety-focused, detail-oriented and conscientious approach to work
