Are you an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a change? Would you like to work for a market leading company with fantastic benefits? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Home Delivery Class 2 Driver Technician to join our 2-person home delivery team in Cullompton EX15 1FA. You will be contracted to work 48 hours per week, working 4 out of 7 days, Wednesday to Saturday with the start time window between 05:00 and 07:00. Working in a two-person crew, you will be responsible for home delivery products.

What you’ll do on a typical day

  • Safely deliver customer orders to homes, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service
  • Delivering products from the warehouse/distribution centre to customers’ homes
  • Ensuring the safe handling and delivery of all products
  • Prioritise health and safety compliance, meet customer-specific requirements, and maintain punctuality for on-time deliveries, with flexible shifts and overtime available
  • Attend relevant training and support ongoing improvement initiatives

What you need to succeed at GXO

  • A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement
  • A valid Driver Qualification Card
  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 current penalty points
  • No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
