If so, we need you! A fantastic opportunity has opened for a talented and experienced individual to join us on the night shift at our Costa Coffee site in Feltham, TW14.

As Transport First Line Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our driving team delivers a first-class professional delivery service. You will manage the driving team through an industry leading telematics system and a culture of continuous improvement. This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis. If successful, you will work on any 4 from 8 shift pattern with the hours of 17:00 – 05:00, we ask for a bit of flexibility at the beginning and end of shift for handovers.

Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £38,038.32 plus £2,826.96 night shift allowance per annum and 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure the fleet complies with legislation, maintained to ensure roadworthy.
  • Coach drivers, alongside the driver trainer, in remaining compliant with the WTD and transport legislation to retain the Operator’s Licence and ensuring regulations are adhered to.
  • Maintain Food Safety and BRC standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety guidelines.
  • Meet all Health & Safety obligations to provide a legal and safe working environment.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous experience in a Transport environment with some experience of WMS systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with Transport Compliance is desirable.
  • An ability to grow alongside and develop within a small but dynamic team.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
