We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our GXO team in Whitfield, Dover.
This is a full-time, permanent role working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating between days (6AM–6PM) and nights (6PM–6AM).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Handle admin tasks on the Call Desk, arranging collections and deliveries with customers and subcontractors
- Complete transport admin duties to a high standard
- Occasionally support with 7.5T driving if needed
- Help with loading/unloading using forklift or pallet truck (up to 5T), following safety rules
- Support the team with other tasks as needed
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using a Transport Management System is a plus
- Previous experience in a transport environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A full UK driving licence with category C is highly desirable
