What you’ll do on a typical day:
- A proven track record as a Transport Manager within a fast-paced distribution environment, preferably with exposure to FMCG retail/temperature-controlled logistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- International CPC is required along with an excellent working knowledge of transport compliance and legislation.
- The ability to lead, develop, motivate, and inspire your team with a real drive for optimisation, change management and continuous improvement.
