Here at GXO Trentham, we are currently recruiting Utilities Team Members to join our team supporting our customer Screwfix. This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday (with 1 in 8 weekends), covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 rotating. However, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,396.80 and receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensure internal hygiene and housekeeping schedules are followed and completed to maintain highest standards of cleanliness
- Collaborate effectively as part of the site Utilities team
- Segregate items for recycling and disposal correctly, ensuring compliance with site procedures
- Undertake additional duties within your capability as required
- Support all day to day utilities activities to ensure smooth site operation
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Effective communication and able to work closely in a team environment to ensure all duties are completed
- Be self motivated and able to use own initiative to organise and prioritise daily/ weekly routine schedule
- Be environmentally aware and motivated
- Confidence when training on machinery and MHE
- Have a proactive attitude to maintaining and improving standards
- Flexible to respond positively to internal requests
