Pay, benefits and more: We\’re looking to offer a salary of £31,080 (inclusive of nights allowance) per annum and 23 days annual leave.

What you\’ll do on a typical day: Manage, motivate, and train the stock team and warehouse operatives to ensure competency in assigned tasks.
Liaise closely with the Operations Manager and Operations team to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Participate in capacity planning for seasonal changes, peak periods, and customer events.
Report and escalate high-risk issues such as damages to racking or stock storage areas to Health Safety.
What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in leading a stock team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation and multi-channel Experience in conducting audits, cycle counts, and stock investigations in a warehouse environment.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interrogate systems and provide meaningful insights.
