QHSE & Facilities Coordinator
to join our dynamic team at our flagship East Midlands Gateway site. This is a full time, permanent position where you\βll work Monday to Friday, 08:00 β 16:00. Flexibility will be required upon occasion; this is logistics after all

We\βre looking to offer a salary of up to
Β£32,278 per annum
and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you\βll do on a typical day:
- Support the QHSE & Facilities Manager in delivering site-wide safety and compliance initiatives
- Form and develop relationships with safety representatives, to provide excellent levels of consultation with colleagues to develop the site safety culture
- Ensure the facilities planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedule and contractors are booked into site
- Facilitate the reporting and investigation of all near misses, accidents, damage incidents, dangerous occurrences and fire incidents β ensure that root causes are identified, and recommendations made are delivered to prevent recurrence
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- At least 1 years\β experience in a QHSE or facilities administrative role, with an IOSH Managing Safely qualification
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A proactive, flexible, and people-focused approach
- Experience with audits, food safety, and environmental compliance is a plus
