What You’ll Do
- Efficiently manage daily pension administration by processing joiners, contribution changes, opt‑ins/outs, resolving provider data queries, uploading files to portals, and issuing auto‑enrolment communications.
- Keep up‑to‑date with pension legislation and monitor regulatory changes and market developments in pension provision. Training will be given.
- Support projects to improve the effectiveness of the department’s service to the business.
- Act as a key contact for colleague’s pension queries, HR teams and external advisers and providers, ensuring queries are resolved comprehensively and accurately and within agreed timelines.

What You Need
- Previous administration experience – ideally within a payroll/pension background.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- A good level of numeracy and IT literacy, including strong Excel skills.
- Enthusiastic with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Excellent communicator – both written and verbal.
