Build your HR Career with a Global Leader in Logistics! Our HR Graduate Programme offers you hands-on experience across key areas of human resources. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and get involved in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, talent development and HR strategy. Alongside on-the-job learning, we’ll support your professional development by helping you complete your CIPD Level 5 qualification.
What you’ll be involved in:
- General HR Support – preparing reports and presentations, assisting senior HR professionals with various tasks and supporting diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives
- Ensuring compliance of policies – updating company policies in line with any employment law changes and supporting audits
- Supporting employee relations and engagement
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
- Assisting with the creation of employment contracts
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2:2 in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Right to work in the UK beyond a Graduate Visa or Skilled Work route
- Full Driving Licence by September 2026
- Flexible approach to location (you will be expected to move around the UK for different placements)
- The drive and desire to succeed in an exciting environment
Salary, benefits and career development:
- Starting salary of £27,000 per annum, rising to £29,000 in year two
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with health perks including 24/7 online GP service, life assurance, and an employee assistance programme
- Access to GXO University, an online learning platform with over 46,000 courses
Selection process:
You will be expected to complete an online assessment. If you meet entry criteria, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a video interview. If successful, you will be invited to our assessment centre.
