We are looking for Multi-Tasking Warehouse Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis here in Middlewich. You will be working nights on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off.
Responsibilities
- Carry out efficient loading, unloading, put-away and pallet picking using a full range of MHE (VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, PPT).
- Perform pallet unpacking, wrapping, restacking and manual-handling tasks safely and to high quality standards.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and quality control while supporting site Health & Safety practices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, strong customer-service focus, PC literacy (including MS Office) and a proactive, flexible approach.
- Uphold GXO core values of Excellence, Integrity, Passion, Proactivity, Togetherness and Trust, while contributing to continuous improvement.
- Counter forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
