Are you a Transport Compliance administrator or a Transport Administrator professional looking for that next step in your career? Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Lutterworth supporting our BT contract. You will support transport/fleet compliance matters across a large fleet, ensuring excellence in vehicle maintenance, operational efficiency, and compliance with all relevant legal and safety requirements.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility. This is logistics, after all!
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,752.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Assist in monitoring compliance with transport regulations, including vehicle maintenance, driver hours, and safety inspection documentation.
- Actively work to create and maintain accurate records related to compliance, audits, and operational updates.
- Prepare and review compliance reports weekly and periodically, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Ensure the current location of the fleet assets are maintained on Tachomaster and Axscend, including any vehicle relocation is promptly re-assigned, and issue period reports to confirm fleet locations.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience within transport operations or a fleet administration role.
- Understanding of fleet and HGV maintenance.
- Understanding of Operator Licence conditions relating to fleet maintenance and the associated compliance practices.
- PC literate, strong analytical and communication skills.
