Are you passionate to deliver excellence across a national customer contract? Do you pride yourself on your stakeholder relationships and being an advocate for continuous development? If so, we at GXO have an opportunity for you! Join us as our Contract Manager for our customer Cormar. You’ll be reporting into our Network General Manager and within this senior leadership opportunity, you will take full ownership of the Cormar contract and drive outstanding operational performance.
You will lead from the front, championing GXO’s safety vision while embedding the right behaviours, accountability and performance culture across the operation. With full responsibility for delivering operational and financial KPIs, you will inspire, develop and engage your team to create a positive, high‑performing workplace and an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full time (40 hours per week), permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday. Core location being Hemel Hempstead, with national travel to outbases.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £70,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave.
