Are you an experienced transport professional? Do you need a new challenge? Want to start 2026 off with a brand-new role? We are looking for a proactive Transport First Line Manager to join our Customer Fulfilment Centre for Waitrose in Greenford.
Responsible and accountable for managing core and agency colleagues across the transport operation within a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week operation. Ensuring achievement of productivity and agreed key customer service levels within cost targets through a motivated team. This is a full time, permanent position and the hours are any 5 from 7 and various shifts between 04:00 and 23:00.

- Lead and manage a transport operation, ensuring deliveries meet agreed service levels and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health & safety standards, EU driving regulations, and operational procedures
- Drive performance and efficiency, managing resources to improve costs, achieve measurable targets, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and support your team, fostering a positive culture, coaching colleagues, and ensuring fair treatment in line with company values
