The predicted salary is between 33000 - 77000 £ per year.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Delivering a comprehensive People Plan aligned to business objectives
- Driving leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, employment law, and change management
- Supporting recruitment, resourcing, and TUPE activities
- Championing engagement initiatives and communication strategies
- Managing HR service measures including absence, recruitment lead times, and budget
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified with strong HR / OD expertise
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR policy
- Proven experience in employee relations and change management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office)
- Flexible, results-driven, and committed to driving change
