We are looking for an Inventory Team Leader to join our M&S Foods operation in Bradford. You\’ll support the Team Manager with the day-to-day running of warehouse shifts, supporting, motivating, and developing a team to achieve challenging efficiency targets. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern. The hours will rotate weekly between 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Team Manager with the daily operations of the warehouse shift, leading, motivating, and developing your team to meet efficiency targets.
  2. Promote a strong work ethic within your team, monitor morale, and identify ways to enhance employment engagement.
  3. Ensure operational processes comply with Health & Safety policies, identify risks, and escalate findings appropriately.
  4. Develop strong, trusting relationships with your team and other managers through effective communication.
  5. Leverage your leadership experience in an automated warehouse environment to monitor performance, control resources and costs, and meet performance targets.
  6. Manage varied workloads efficiently, analyze and resolve issues, and use your initiative to improve department operations.
  7. Organize and prioritize urgent and critical tasks with a flexible approach.

Compensation includes a salary of up to £26,000 per annum, 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), with options to buy additional days.
