As Warehouse Shift Manager, for our Home Delivery Network in Harlow, you’ll join our busy and ever evolving warehouse team, where you will thrive to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a future leader looking to work in a friendly, fast-paced team.
This is a full time 37.5 hours per week, permanent position across any 5 days out of 7. The rotating shift pattern will be (06:00 to 14:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 14:00 to 22:00).

- We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £41,116.61, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Operational leadership, leading daily team operations and supervising your team
- Operational efficacy and meeting KPI and performance targets, with a high focus on health and safety
- Multi focused across the operation including; goods in, picking/loading, dispatch and returns
- Planning and focusing on continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- First class communication skills and keenness to utilise leadership potential (previous supervisory experience)
- In-depth warehouse planning and hands on operational experience
- Confident in IT skills including Microsoft and Google packages
- Role model in health and safety and warehouse operations experience
