Join us at GXO Logistics as a Senior Warehouse Operative based at our Virgin Media site in Glenrothes. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines warehouse responsibilities, customer interaction, and driving duties — no two days are the same!
This opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent contract where you will be working on Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians while maintaining top-tier Health & Safety standards
- Delivering excellent service to all customers — polite, prompt, and with accurate stock handling
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital tools to manage tasks efficiently
- Prioritising a busy workload and escalating any issues to the operational management team
- Performing van driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and solution-focused
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations
- Comfortable using computers – ideally with WMS experience
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules
- Category B driving licence is essential
