Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Transport & Warehouse Supervisor to join our B&Q operation in Cambuslang. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll support the contract by coordinating daily operations, managing driver and warehouse teams, and ensuring safety, compliance, service and performance are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll be the first line of support for a busy, dynamic site — reacting quickly to operational challenges, coaching your teams, and keeping the day running safely and smoothly.
This is a full-time, permanent position working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern. The role will operate on a 3‑shift rotating pattern of: 06:00–14:00, Monday–Friday; 14:00–22:00, Monday–Friday; and 22:00–06:00, Sunday–Thursday.
Pay, benefits and more: You’ll be paid a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, you’ll also receive 25 days annual leave.
