Are you a natural leader looking to take on the responsibility of a First Line Manager? Do you want to feel proud to work for a trusted brand and be valued for who you are? We’re recruiting for multiple Warehouse First Line Managers for our key customer in Harlow. Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role, you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
As we have several full-time, permanent roles, there is a mixture of various shift patterns available. Some examples of shifts are Sunday – Thursday, Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday shifts, both AM & PM shifts. (Your preference of shift can be discussed at interview)

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Coordinate, lead, and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
- Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded
- Plan, manage, and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Maintain health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
