Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse operatives to join our team in Doncaster (Decoy Bank South). This is a full time, permanent role; you will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, rotational shift between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Work as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting the distribution operations
- Picking varying sized/weighted items
- Ensure supply of products to our customer in a timely manner
- Work within a fast-paced environment to ensure you achieve your pick rates
- Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality
- Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience of warehouse management systems
- MHE license desirable but not essential – as training will be given
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to build good team relationships
- Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
