Part-time role to support our customer TJX by providing administrative HR support across the contract, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records across warehouse and transport operations.
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00‑12:00 or 09:00‑13:00.
Salary: up to £14,933.34 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the HR function in Employee Engagement activities including creating promotional materials, posters, presentations.
- Maintain the HR system and associated records, such as sickness and holiday entitlement.
- Get involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement and organisational change.
- Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as required.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working in an administrative environment, preferably within an HR setting.
- Strong in systems – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Experience in undertaking a broad range of tasks and willingness to learn.
