Job Description
Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for a change? Are you ready for the next challenge in your driving career? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!
Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Class 2 Driver to join our team in Mossend (ML1 4UY). You will be working 48 hours per week, delivering goods to a number of customers on a flexible work pattern to support work/life balance. Operational and customer needs would dictate the need for flexibility with various shift patterns available.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Accurately and safely deliver goods to various retail customers
- 4 or 5 drops per day
- Operating company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Be compliant with Driver’s hours, Tachograph, Working Time, and Road Traffic Act regulations
- Adhere to all GXO Health and Safety policies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 current penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
