At GXO, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Delivery Coach & Trainer to join our ASOS contract in Barnsley. You’ll be responsible for delivering training and coaching to learners in Lean methodologies & Process Improvement, both remotely and in person. Your role will be vital in helping learners achieve their qualifications and meet their professional aspirations. The role would suit someone with a background in CI and experience in delivering CI training. This role will involve travel across the UK&I. This is a Fixed term 12-month position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary up to £60,000 per annum plus a generous car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • To organise and facilitate Kaizen workshops
  • Prepare training progress reports for UK&I
  • Develop and write CI material to a high standard (Green Belt)
  • Training and coaching of; Yellow Belts, Senior Leadership CI Training, 6s, and Gemba
  • Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Green Belt/Black Belt Trained with a minimum of 7 years’ experience
  • CIPD Learning & Development Qualifications of City & Guilds
  • Experienced negotiator with excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation & communication skills
  • Strong ability to understand & interpret complex information
