Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Senior Quality Control Inspector to join our Branston team and lead the way in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You’ll be at the heart of our Quality Control function – organising resources, managing priorities and leading a team to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on safety, compliance, and performance. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday 07:00 – 15:00. However, flexibility will be essential at peak times, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
- You’ll be paid a salary of £34,361 per annum.

- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of QC batch inspection practices.
- A track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Solid IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
