Responsibilities
- Work as part of a two-person team delivering products to customer premises (room of choice) on a multidrop basis – an average of 16 drops per day off peak and 24 drops per day in peak season.
- Assist the delivery driver in parking and manoeuvring a company vehicle as well as loading and unloading of vehicles as required.
- Provide effective customer service while ensuring goods are delivered in excellent condition.
- Ensure that customers are kept informed of their estimated time of delivery and any issues are communicated in a polite and courteous manner.

Qualifications
- Experience of dealing with multi drop home delivery preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to complete manual handling tasks such as pulling, lifting, and pushing.
- Can do attitude with a knack for problem solving.
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
- Be prepared to commute to Cribbs Causeway, Bristol (BS10 7TX) for the required shift pattern.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, following a two-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1 - Monday to Friday / Week 2 - Sunday to Thursday, with a start time of 11:00.
