What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Deliver accurate weekly flashes, period reporting, forecasting, and budgeting exercises
- Ensure clarity and robustness of accounting and balance sheets across all contract areas
- Manage financial controls related to Gainshare and contract performance
- Support business change initiatives, including project accounting and process improvements
- Develop team structure, succession planning, and standardisation of processes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Full qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role within a complex, multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of open book and closed book contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
- Experience within a supply chain or logistics environment
- Ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
