Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient general administrative support to HR and Finance team.
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files ensuring legal compliance.
- Process documentation, handle correspondence, draft HR letters and emails - act as point of contact for staff queries.
- Raise purchase orders (Oracle), ensuring allocated correctly for account, liaise with suppliers and accounts payable teams and ensure site consumable orders are placed.
- Undertake daily/weekly checks and reports on T&A system (WFD UKG), raising any discrepancies.
- Conduct weekly agency payroll checks and raise any discrepancies with agency contacts, complete agency weekly breakdown reports and site costings sheet.
- Support HR Advisor with recruitment and onboarding.
- Support with site engagement activities.
Overview
This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on an 'any 5 from 6' shift pattern, Monday to Saturday, primarily Monday to Friday out of Peak. The hours of work will be 07:30 - 16:00. You'll be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. You'll also receive 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. - Proven experience within an Administrative role, ideally within a HR or Finance environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage others and build long term relationships.
