Here at GXO, we are looking for a Warehouse Trainer to join our Abercrombie & Fitch team at Rushden. You will ensure that new employees receive comprehensive inductions and skills training to meet both operational and compliance standards. Additionally, you will consistently seek innovative and progressive ways to improve the speed to competence for all employees.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 out of 7 days, on a 14:00 till 22:00 shift.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and 28 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- To support with the auditing of SOP’s, completing regular checks are made to ensure the content is up to date and version numbers are controlled
- Assist in the design of a training toolkit for operatives and clerical staff
- To ensure new staff are trained to the required competence levels in the required time frames and all relevant paperwork is completed
- Ensure weekly training plans are delivered to ensure operational training requirements are met for new starters / cross-training
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Extensive experience in a hands-on operational warehouse environment
- Proven experience in delivering training both in group settings and one-to-one at an operative level
- Strong knowledge of the learning cycle and its application in training
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring
- A confident and effective communicator in a classroom setting, capable of capturing and maintaining the attention of the audience
