Join to apply for the Warehouse Operative role at GXO Logistics, Inc. in Livingston, Scotland. The Iceland Foods warehouse is open 24/7, and we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, on an “any 5 from 7” pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 06:00.
What you’ll do on a typical day
- Work in any area of the warehouse from ambient, to chilled, to frozen – learn how we support the wider supply chain
- Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOPs
- Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
What you need to succeed
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Good communication and hardworking
- A willingness to learn new skills
Pay, benefits and more
- Hourly rate of £12.36
- Overtime rate of £18.19 per hour (paid after 37.5 hours)
- Additional pay for specific hours: £3.14 (06:00–07:00), £1.72 (16:00–18:00), £2.46 (18:00–22:00), £3.14 (22:00–06:00)
- £1.18 per hour for working in the freezer
