GXO is seeking a Systems & Reporting Optimisation Manager to join our team at the M&S site in Peterborough. This is a new role within GXO, offering significant scope to make an impact. Your responsibilities will include reviewing on-site reporting, identifying automation opportunities, and creating dashboards to display performance metrics clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system, reporting, and process improvement projects focusing on automation, simplification, and enhancing performance visibility.
- Review and improve reporting streams, eliminate duplication and manual data entry, and develop dashboards to track productivity and performance trends.
- Develop and maintain business cases supporting cost-saving initiatives and enhancing customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement principles and drive operational excellence.
- Promote customer-focused objectives that enhance health & safety, reduce costs, and improve service delivery through data-driven decisions.
