We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You’ll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals: focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team‑based culture.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, where you’ll be working an \”any 5 from 7\” day shift pattern, the hours of work will be 14:00 – 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse in your area, leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve targets.
• Pro‑actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
• With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.

• A proven track record as a team leader/first line manager within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success.
• Adaptability when working in a rapidly changing and fast‑paced environment.
