As a Stock Supervisor, you will manage the allocation of work, control headcount and overtime budgets, and ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met while fostering a positive team culture. This is a full-time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 – 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Produce customer and site reports, investigate, and take action to maintain SLAs
  • Promote flexibility through skills training and personal development
  • Investigate and correct errors
  • Conduct problem planet investigations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous experience in WMS (Red Prairie/DLX) is desirable but full training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
