We’re seeking a Shift Manager to join our multiuser site in West Hallam. While working with us, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, prioritising colleague wellbeing, health, and safety, and overseeing operational KPIs are met.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working on a shift pattern of Monday–Friday, with covering a Sunday on a rota basis. The working hours are 5:30am to 2pm & 1:30pm to 10pm on rotational.

- We’re looking to offer a salary of £33,178 + shift allowance of £2,488 (£35,666), and 25-days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Providing leadership and guidance for the team leaders and warehouse colleagues to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- To plan and achieve daily, weekly and monthly operational and KPI targets.
- Train and develop all team members to ensure a fully multi-skilled and capable workforce to meet customer needs and demands.
- Ensuring customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management.

- Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
