You will partner with operations leaders, trade unions and HR colleagues to deliver people initiatives and drive engagement across Greenford, Avonmouth and Willand.
The role is permanent and part-time 3-4 days a week pro-rata, with a salary of £44,000-£50,000 per year, and a generous benefits package including a company car or car allowance and pension.
