GXO is continuing to grow, and we're looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding People Campus team. Our People Campus team supports multiple warehouse operations across North Yorkshire, including sites in LS25 6JH, LS25 6PT and YO8 5BL. This is a permanent position offering a truly flexible approach to work. While you may be required to support different sites based on business needs, we understand that flexibility works both ways. That's why we offer the freedom to choose the days you work, giving you greater control over your schedule while still providing the security of regular hours and a permanent contract.
We are currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Warehouse Operatives to join our team. We offer flexibility on both the days and hours you work, making it easier to fit work around your lifestyle. To be considered, you must be able to start work from either:
- 06:00 (early shift start)
- 14:00 (afternoon shift start)
Please note: Due to the locations of our sites and the shift start and finish times, own transport is essential as public transport may not be available or suitable.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
- Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently
- Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
- Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
- Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
