Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL).
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different preferences:
- 06:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 22:00
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- Sunday to Thursday
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00

- A salary of £26,957.84 per annum for employees working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
- A salary of £25,116.00 per annum for employees working any 5 days out of 7

What you will do on a typical day
- Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse
- Complete a range of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control
- Use warehouse management systems as part of your daily duties
- Follow all GXO health and safety policies at all times

- A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
- A keen focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail
