GXO Logistics in Northampton is hiring three Warehouse First Line Managers to lead a high‑volume, MHE‑heavy operation.
You’ll coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient performance across inbound and outbound activities.
This full‑time role runs on a rotating 22:00–06:00 pattern (Sun–Thu or Mon–Fri) with a 24/7 operation as needed.
Salary up to £33,850 plus a £5,000 night shift premium, plus generous benefits and pension.
