Here at GXO Milton Keynes we are looking for a Warehouse Systems Administrator to join our team supporting our prestigious customer, LVMH. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring stock accuracy across the site.
You will be working on a full‑time, permanent basis, on an 'any 5 days from 7' pattern, on a rotating shift covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Manage warehouse systems and control processes, supporting goods receipt, stock accuracy, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory management activities.
- Provide first-line IT and systems support across the site, maintaining user profiles, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required.
- Monitor and update operational reports, spreadsheets and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and supporting business performance.
- Work closely with operational teams to achieve KPI targets, identify process improvements and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
- Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple systems, Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow processes, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the site.
