GXO is recruiting for a Transport Shift Manager in Brinklow, Milton Keynes, to lead the on-site transport operation for Waitrose.
The role covers planning, driver management and ensuring compliance with HACCP, O Licence and health and safety standards.
Working a 5 from 7 rotating shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, you will drive performance, oversee agency staff and subcontractors, and contribute to a high-performing logistics team.
CPC/IOSH are advantageous.
