Here at GXO Middlewich, CW10 OJP our warehouse is open 24/7, therefore, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us working nights on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, with the hours of 18:00 - 06:00 working 40.69 hours per week, with paid breaks!

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Loading, unloading, picking, and putting away stock safely and efficiently using MHE equipment such as VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, and PPT trucks
  • Handling and preparing goods, including unpacking, wrapping, restacking pallets, and completing quality checks while following manual handling procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety, accuracy, and attention to detail across all warehouse operations
  • Providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement while demonstrating company values and a proactive attitude

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous warehouse experience is a bonus and confident using (or willing to learn) all types of MHE on site (VNA, Reach, Counterbalance and PPT) as required safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work every time
  • Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office suite
