GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor for the NHS Supply Chain contract in Maidstone.
You will manage the late shift (14:00–22:00) Monday–Thursday and 11:00–19:00 on Fridays, ensuring compliance, cost control and service excellence.
You will lead a transport team, monitor tachographs and drivers’ hours, and uphold SOPs and OTIF delivery standards while driving improvements and promoting a safe, efficient operation.
