Are you looking for a fresh challenge within HR? Looking to join a great team where no two days are the same? Are you up for the challenge?
Here at GXO, we are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join us at our ZARA site in Crick. You will provide a timely, effective and comprehensive support to the HR function in all aspects of administration. To support the operation with administration relating to colleagues pay queries, holiday queries, discipline, absence, sickness and engagement.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,500 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Participate and organisation of colleague engagement events
- Ensure all admin related tasks within the HR department are dealt with and managed efficiently
- Maintain all trackers and records for ER cases, probationary reviews and sickness/absence
- Prepare correspondence, minutes of meetings and other documents relating to the HR processes and required
- Ensure agency audits are completed to ensure compliance across the site
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in a similar capacity – with a generalist background preferred
- Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
