Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join us at our ASOS site in Barnsley. You will provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers within GXO Logistics ASOS in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from Recruitment and Selection to termination.
This is a full-time, permanent role working ‘any 5 from 7’, your working hours will be 08:30 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide administration support to the HR Advisors & HR Operations Manager including notetaking, drafting letters and documents, monitoring the HR Inbox, and maintaining and updating all HR trackers.
- Active participation in various engagement activities including organising events for colleagues, participating in volunteer days and raffle organisation.
- To manage clerical recruitment process with appropriate third-party suppliers, controlling all terms and conditions for recruiters and performing audits where appropriate.
- Ensuring all new starters are administered on the system, and that P files are created to the best class standard.

- Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations and Change Management.
- Relevant qualifications further learning in areas.
- Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively.
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
