- Warehouse Operative to join the team based at
- Finningley (DN9 3XA ) site
You will be supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by receiving, storing, packing and dispatching goods accurately and safely.
- You will be required to work on 3 alternating shifts of the following:-
- 06:00-14:30 and 08:00-16:30 and 10:30-19:00

- You will receive an annual salary of £29,724.00 (plus £119 per month shift allowance and £338.56 call out payment)

What you'll do on a typical day
- Receive deliveries and check goods against delivery notes
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Accurately record / book stock into warehouse systems using WMS
- Carry out stock check and cycle counts as required, reporting shortages, damage or variances
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete dispatch documentation accurately
- Ensure all shipments meet customer and company requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Forklift Truck licence (counterbalance or Reach preferred, but not essential as full training can be given
- Ability to work on own initiative within a faced paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good PC knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- To adhere to GXO health and Safety policy
