Here, at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our eCommerce operation in Crick. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key area of our operation, ensuring customer expectations, service levels, safety standards, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, developing future leaders, and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent position working Mon – Fri on a rotating shift pattern of 07:00 to 15:00; 10:00 to 18:00 and 15:00 to 23:00. We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and coordinate operational activities to deliver KPIs, service levels, and budget targets across your area of responsibility.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring operational plans align with business requirements and expectations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, service, and operational performance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers and wider operational teams, building capability and supporting succession planning.
- Champion health and safety, employee engagement, and operational compliance, ensuring company standards are maintained at all times.

- Proven experience leading large teams within a fast-moving logistics, warehouse, retail, or ecommerce operation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
