Are you confident working with Warehouse Management Systems and helping operational teams maximise performance? Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Warehouse Super User to join our operation in Corby. This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days from 7 on a rotating shift pattern (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00), where you’ll act as the key link between operations and systems, ensuring warehouse applications are fully supported and optimised. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation and support the onboarding of new customers while helping drive system performance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide first-line support for Warehouse Management Systems and related operational applications, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse performance and customer service.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues relating to WMS configuration, connectivity, integrations and operational processes, escalating where appropriate.
- Support operational teams with system queries, user account management, training and application usage to ensure colleagues can work effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in system testing, release validation and continuous improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, support documentation and system procedures, ensuring accurate information is available to support business requirements.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience using or supporting Warehouse Management Systems within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational system applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support colleagues across all levels of the operation.
- Experience with systems such as Manhattan WMS, SQL, KiSoft or other warehouse applications would be advantageous.
