Here at GXO we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Corby – Shared User site.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, helping deliver high-quality service by completing customer orders to the highest standard.
This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be workingMonday to Fridayon one of the following shifts:
- Rotating Shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
- Fixed Night Shift: 22:00-06:00

- An annual s alary of £27,985.00 if working on r otating day s hifts
- An annual salary of £30,294.00 if working on n ight shift

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Accurately pickingof customer orders
- Loading/unloading vehiclesusing counterbalance and electric pump truck
- Working at heights to retrieve and store pallets
- Highlighting any potential quality issues and reporting any accidents/ incidents on a timely manner
- Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks
- Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
- Experience of driving MHE is desirable
- Team playerwith a “one team” mindset
- Flexible and adaptableto varied tasks and locations
- Positive, can-do attitude with motivation to meet and exceed targets
