Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Stock Coordinator to join our Shared User site in Corby, supporting our operation. In this role, you’ll take ownership of stock management across a premium product operation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and performance are consistently achieved.
This is a full‑time, permanent role, working any 5 from 7 on a rotating shift pattern, within a dynamic and growing logistics environment.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Take full ownership of stock management across the operation, ensuring inventory accuracy, control processes and compliance standards are consistently maintained in line with contractual KPIs and customer expectations.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counting programmes, analysing outputs to identify trends, root causes and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to drive stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage stock loss and shrinkage performance, carrying out detailed investigations and implementing robust controls to ensure tolerance levels are maintained and risks are proactively mitigated.
- Lead, coach and develop the stock team, driving engagement, accountability and capability while embedding a high‑performance, safety‑focused and customer‑centric culture.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams and customers, using insight and data to influence decision‑making, improve processes and support ongoing system and operational developments.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience in stock control or inventory management within a fast‑paced logistics or 3PL environment, with a strong understanding of stock processes and compliance standards.
- Demonstrable experience leading or supervising teams, with the ability to manage performance, develop individuals and drive engagement within operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, with the ability to interrogate data, identify issues and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical capability, including experience gathering, interpreting and presenting data to support operational decision‑making.
- A proactive, detail‑focused and solutions‑driven approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a time‑critical environment.
